You'll be asked for information to register as a customer in our system, generate your file, and connect you with the Traffic Manager who will manage your account.

Contact your Traffic Executive by email, requesting the service and specifying the material, quantity, origin, destination, and loading date, which are the essential details.

Let us know from the start of your request if you require a thermal pipe, pump, and/or hoses, loading terminal, if a third-party service is required, in whose name the CP will be issued, evidence required upon completion of the service, handling of confidential documents, etc. These are key points for the service to be scheduled correctly. All contact will be directly with the Traffic Executive.

It is recommended that you provide this information at least 24 hours before you request your service to be charged to check unit availability.

For origins in Guadalajara, Puebla, Monterrey and Tlaxcala, preferably consider at least 48 hours.

Units with the Celanese system; we load at the country's main terminals, including PEMEX, Celanese, FR Terminales, Vopak, OTM, Tepeal, Exxon, Smart Pass, Andinoterminales, Dos Bocas, and others.

We have T-304-2B CAL-10 stainless steel tanks, advanced safety systems, with 2 and 3-axis breakwaters, a capacity of 43 tons (loading approximately 35 tons) and a 20-ton bicompartmental capacity (10 and 10 tons, loading approximately 18 tons), and a 43-ton thermal pipe (loading approximately 35 tons; this depends on the density of the material being transported). Discharge is through the bottom, and the valve is 4 inches with a 3-inch reduction adapter.

Our tractor-trailers have an average age of less than 3 years and do not exceed 8 years.

NOM-012-SCT: on transiting with hazardous materials on the highest classification roads "ET" and "A"

NOM-087: on permitted daily driving times, as well as traffic regulations on federal highways.

NOM-019-SCT: on cleaning certificate.

NOM-043-SCT on each trip we comply with the shipping documents for hazardous materials, HDS, unpaid invoice for the material to be transported, customs clearance (as applicable)
